As the handle for this pan is pure stainless steel, this is oven safe up to 500°F/260°C /Gas Mark 9.

Is the pan round or square?

Sorry, my order was for the TG1195444--Square---28CM. Very long handle. Cannot close the oven door. So will use on hob only

Is the 24cm pan oven safe?

I reviewed a different product in the same range. It says in the Tefal info further down the page what temperatures it can go up to in the oven.
