Good working facet, plenty of room under the spout, and easy to install
I now own 4 of these faucets - I am going through the house and replacing all the bathroom faucets over time. These are nice looking and work perfectly - at least so far. The oldest one I have is about 2 years old. Installing is a breeze *IF*:1) You are not replacing a really old faucet - old faucets can require significantly more work2) You can bend and get under a sink to work - large people with bad backs beware3) You have the right tools - you don't need much to get the faucet in but getting an old one out can be an adventureMy bane has been my 30+ year old existing faucets. They are on soldered copper lines going into usually bad shut-off valves (bad rubber washers). To replace the lines with compression fittings I have to turn off the house water, de-solder (or cut if there is enough line) the old valves off, then install new 1/4 turn compression valves and flexible compression lines. Once this is done I am ready for the old faucet.A really old faucet may have so much corrosion that the nuts will not come off no mater what you try. If you can get them to loosen up using oil and energy, then it's a simple matter of unscrewing a few nuts. If not, get out a hack saw blade and start cutting them out.Clean the area up around the old faucet, then drop in the new one and screw it into place - very simple to put one in.(I left out some plumbing hints: Teflon tape, plumbers compound, plumbers putty, etc. These help you prevent any leaks)

Love!
The quality of Delta at an unbelievable price! I shopped all the local home improvement stores before settling on this product & paid less for the oil-rubbed bronze look I was going for. These faucets really made my bathroom remodel complete - they are gorgeous & are of solid construction. I bought two for a double vanity and both the faucet and pop up drain were easy to install. I am happy after a few months of use - perfect height, easy to use and cleaning is a breeze. Highly recommend this faucet.

Beautiful faucet, but for the drain pop up lever.
It's a premier faucet with all brass/metal construction. A real faucet like those of the past. However, the push rod that activates the drain is a real disappointment. It hangs way out the back because it doesn't travel in the spout casting. It's almost as if the designer missed it and the redesign attempted to avoid a casting change. A hole is drilled in the base and the pull rod with its all bent up design comes in at a wicked angle. Conveniently, none of the pictures show this.

Great looking faucet
Very happy with this faucet. It looks great and feels very sturdy. I usually don’t love chrome finish because I think it can look cheap, but the other bathroom fixtures were chrome, so we went with it. This doesn’t look cheap at all. I actually think it looks really classy with the rest of the bathroom. It was a little annoying to install and the directions weren’t great, so it leaked on the first try. We ditched the silicone it recommended and used plumbers putty for the drain the second time and it was fine. I’d recommend watching a YouTube video instead of just relying on the directions.

easy installation and looks great!
First, let me say thank you to scn101 for his review and explanation of this product. He is the one that helped me make a decision after a long search for a good one that is not too expensive. This was very easy to install and looks great! and, as the review stated it doesn't leak anywhere. I had a problem trying to install drain but that was my fault, not the product..I would recommend this product

Beautiful design
This a beautiful faucet. I bought and installed three of them on my own. Very easy to install and have had no issues. A big word of caution on the packaging though - there is a piece of plastic that looks like it is just there for package / protection. . . Don't throw this away - it is part of the actual faucet/install. I had to dig through my trash. In my opinion Delta should label the clear plastic piece, but maybe I am the only one that thinks it looks like packaging.

Leaks around factory weld and other dumb issues. Avoid.
The media could not be loaded. This faucet is just a nightmare. The only good thing about it is that it is pretty. The pull rod for the drain closure thing is crooked unlike any faucet we've ever installed. That makes it jut out from the back of the faucet at an angle so it looks improperly installed and is just overall a nightmare to put in. It's hard to fit through the plastic gasket-like part that goes between the bottom of the faucet at top of the sink too because of the weird angles. The cold and hot handles are rickety and even after pulling the little caps off and tightening the phillips screws as much as possible that didn't help. The most major issue that can't be overlooked is that it leaks at a factory weld and there's no way to fix that without having to seal it up and we ain't going through that after dropping $100 on a faucet with two other major issues. Delta used to be a good brand but something has seriously gone awry.
