This purple shampoo from Kérastase is excellent for blonde, mecha or gray hair care. From the first uses, it helps to neutralize the yellow and coppery tones, leaving the color cooler, brighter and with a much healthier appearance. In addition to nuanced hair, clean it very well without drying out. Thanks to its hyaluronic acid formula, the hair is hydrated, soft, manageable and with a spectacular shine. It also has a pleasant fragrance that leaves a sense of professional care. Although it is enough to use a small amount, it offers visible results and makes the color last nice for longer. Why did you pick this product vs others?: This shampoo is so amazing and it makes my hair icy white. My hair is bleached and my hair had a little bit of yellowing after shampooing my hair for a month. I was taken aback when I noticed how it lathered up and when I rinsed it out after letting it sit for 3 minutes my hair felt amazingly soft. I also got the purple masque in this brand. I squeezed the water out of my hair and applied the Kerastase Masque Ultra-Violet on my damp hair and kept it on for 3 minutes and rinsed with cool water. My hair was super soft and moisturized. My hair feels so super soft and it has a shine to it. Yes, this brand is pricy but my hair looks and feels like a million bucks!!! You do not have to use a lot of shampoo or conditioner. The shampoo lathered up really well and I only used a quarter size of shampoo and I only used a quarter size of the Masque Ultra- Violet conditioner on my hair. My hair is short and I do feel I somewhat used a bit too much product. Next time I will use a dime size of shampoo so I won’t have excess lather. I am a very happy customer and I will buy again. I would highly recommend these products. I had excellent results. Every time I touch my hair I smile and I feel absolutely confident. Also, the shampoo and masque Ultra-Violet conditioner does not have a perfume nor chemical smell. It has no odor.

This purple Shampoo is hands down the best. It keeps brassiness away and doesn't dry out your hair!!! It is a little pricey but worth every penny!

Great for keeping the brassiness out of your hair but you must use sparingly. It will dry your hair out. Many other purple shampoos have better scents (especially Amika) but this one seems to do a better job bringing back the cool blonde.

Kerastase makes the best hair care products and this one is no different. I have stopped coloring my naturally dark brown hair so I have streaks of silver around my face and here and there. This formula works beautifully on my hair. And the light scent last days. It has a naturally clean scent and when I turn my head I catch it. This is great stuff. Both shampoo and conditioner.

El champú Kerastase Blond es un verdadero salvador para mi cabello rubio. Después de probar numerosos productos, finalmente encontré este champú que realmente hace la diferencia. Con solo unas pocas aplicaciones, noté un cambio notable en la apariencia y la calidad de mi cabello. Lo que más me impresiona de este champú es su capacidad para mantener mi color rubio vibrante y sin tonos amarillos no deseados. Además, deja mi cabello suave, sedoso y manejable, lo que facilita el peinado. La fórmula es suave y no daña mi cabello, lo que es especialmente importante para mí, ya que lo tengo teñido y necesito productos que lo cuiden. El champú Kerastase Blond también tiene una fragancia agradable y duradera, lo cual es un plus. Realmente disfruto de la experiencia de lavar mi cabello con este producto, ya que me deja una sensación fresca y revitalizada. I was recommended this shampoo by my hair dresser, and I am so glad that I have been able to find it here, and for much better value than in the salon. This particular bottle is really compact within my shower, and looks nice, but isn’t the best value. I appreciate it when I can buy the 500ml or 1l bottles. With two hair washes a week, I tend to go through this bottle fairly quickly. The shampoo itself has a lovely smell, it’s the nicest smell I have come across in shampoo, and it has a smell that lingers, even after drying. It lathers well and leaves my hair with a really clean feeling; it’s a bonus that you don’t need to use too much to get a good lather. The blonde colour of my hair is in good condition, though it’s hard to tell if this is also helped by the conditioner in the same range - I always use both. Either way, I love this shampoo; after years of trying lots of different shampoos (luxury and high street) and I can’t imagine moving away from this one anytime soon. I much prefer this shampoo to the L’Oréal silver shampoo, which I used for years before this one. The colour and quality feels nicer. It’s worth the price-tag in my opinion.
