Q: How much sodium is in mix?

The box says: Salt 25.73g per 100g as sold (it's a powder), 0.67g per 50ml portion as prepared. Hope this helps

Q: Is this bisto made in the u.k. or canada?

i think it is made in canada i have been using it for forty years my whole family loves it best when you make it with the pan drippings from the meat i sometimes use it with chicken or turkey i find it to be an excellent product

Q: How long is the usual expiration date?

I got my most recent one mid January, 2022. The date is 7/22. But it’s not an expiration date, it’s a best by date. I won’t use it all by then, but I have used it waaay beyond the dates.

Q: What is the difference between the red can of Bistro and the Brown? Neither say, "beef flavored" or "anything flavored" what are they?

They are both English gravy mixes. The red one is instant just add hot water. The brown one has a more gravy flavor which you would add meat juices to. I prefer the brown one for a more realistic flavor/
