Do you have this 17mm to 17 mm?

Yes we do offer a 17mm to 17mm adapter. Please contact us directly so we can assist you further. Email address: Support@ibolt.co

Do you have a 17mm to 20mm?

Yes it available here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083F8ZMPQ?ref=myi_title_dp

Do you offer a 9/16" or 15mm (ram a-size) to 1" (ram b-size) adapter?

Unfortunately we only have a 1" ball to 17mm ball and you can view it here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083F8ZMPQ?ref=myi_title_dp I believe this would be too large to be compatible with 15mm ball joint.

Can you remove the flexible part and replace with a rigid pipe (pvc)? looks like there are set screws holding the flex pipe in the ends...thanks.

The flex is just a cover. The set screws hold a rod. This extension is a POS worst purchase I have made for my mount system.
