Does it enter in a carry on bag?

We use a clothes laundry bag (tie it off to make bag shorter) when we check it at airport. We put in bag because baggage handers have accidentally opened it & could not close it!

Can you add a seat to the push cart and if so do you have this accessory available?

Never considered a seat. But, probably not.

Boot bag travel cover included? Or available for purchase?

It’s not included and I’m not sure if there is one for purchase - I haven’t seen one.
