Picture was half printed. They would NOT refund me. And wanted me to place a second purchase to which they would refund me half of that cost. So Valentine’s Day gift was ruined and money was totally wasted. Do not busy from this shop.

Image Print Quality
The image looked nothing like what is shown in the pictures. Super pixelated. I did a photo of my sister, her husband and their two dogs. The one dog looks like a ghost on the glass and my sister is not remotely recognizable. I was hoping for a refund, but that is not offered. I would go through Etsy next time where the seller communicates when something looks off instead of sending you a creepy and pixelated picture on a glass.
