How sweat proof is this product?

It’s rubbish and bright orange. I would have been glad if it had sweated off.

When using on face with very dry skin should l moisturise before or after applying mousse?

I wouldn’t recommend fake tan on dry skin as any textured skin the tan will cling too and show patchy, however if you really want to I would suggest tanning up to the jar line neatly then mixing a small amount with a moisture for the face.
