It's a kind of way to upgrade your shipping service from Standard to Expedited. For US, Eur. and Asia buyers, it would need $18 to have your shipping upgraded, and $28 would be needed for buyers from outside US, Eur. and Asia. Hope you can understand this situation.

Cheaply made…
While the phone cover is pretty, it was cheaply made. I used this for only a few months when the plastic rim that holds the phone snapped and was useless.
