Amay's Almond Cookies, 28 Ounces

The media could not be loaded.  Received BROKEN MESS OF CONTENTS. NOT HAPPY WITH PURCHASE

The first batch of these cookies were perfect that would easily rate 5 stars. However, this package has a different taste, and many of the cookies were broken upon arrival.That said , they are disappearing quickly, so the inconsistent taste doesn't seem to be a problem in this household.

Eleven unbroken cookies, sad but true. Still very tasty. Perhaps if lard was used instead of palm oil this could be avoided. Yea, I know lard isn't fashionable these days but I remember in San Francisco's Chinatown when I was a kid these were much better and held together much better, plus they were larger and thicker. There taste remind me of yesteryear but fall short. I probably won't be getting them again as tasty as they are they fall way short. Lard can't possibly be worse than palm oil. I'll get a recipe off the net and home back my next craving for almond cookies.

They are fresh and delicious. Their taste takes me back to the Chinese restaurants I remember as a child. So great with a hot cup of tea!

These are the almond cookies I remember from way back, not the imitations currently sold on store shelves. Really good!!

Most of them were broken but I didn’t care because I love how they taste! A bit pricy for how many you get though...
