Helped with both plantar fasciitis and capsulitis of the foot
This wedge provides a wonderful calf stretch. The foam material is firm but not hard and grips socks and bare feet well. We keep them under our desks as footrests and pull them out to stand on before walks or exercise. The stretch feels just right, not too shallow or too deep, and has helped with both plantar fasciitis and capsulitis of the foot. Itโs kind of pricy for two foam wedges but feels well made. The foam is very, and I mean very, low odorโsimilar to a foam roller made from EVA. Maybe thatโs these are made of.

Great Calf Stretcher
These showed up in my pilates studio so I just couldn't wait to purchase one for my home. I also purchased them as holiday gifts. I really like this calf stretcher. The foam is easy on the feet and the slant is just perfect. It is light weight and easy to tuck away when not in use. I separated the sets and gave away the individual wedges.

Great calf and ankle stretch
It is easy to use. There are to foam slant boards (sold as a pair). This very helpful. I have one in my family room and the other board in my bedroom. I use the board frequently because I have it in both rooms. It is has helped me to do more stretching. My legs and ankles feel great.

Awesome product!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I only wish I'd found these sooner. I used to use Pro Stretch but it wasn't as easy for me to use and I prefer this, especially because I can use it without having to put on shoes first. The softness of the foam is appreciated, as i have heel pain from bone spurs. I also like to keep these under the table to rest my feet on when I'm sitting and it's so comfortable for that too.

High Quality
These are expensive, but very high quality. They have a nice feel to them unlike another brand that I purchased. Don't buy the cheap ones.
