I love how lightweight and portable they are, which makes it easy to use them at home, at the gym, or even while traveling. Great set of resistance bands for beginners. I feel like they could be a bit longer but that's my only complaint. They give great resistance and a great workout!

Inconsistent quality?
They work well, and this is not my first set, I keep one at work and one at home, but the purple band broke during a simple exercise, with just weeks of use.

Strong material
So far they have been great and are very strong. I’ve been doing PT and I have some exercises I need to use these stretchy bands for. They’ve been very helpful in my back recovery.

For elderly or beginners.
These bands are just right for elderly or beginners. So happy I can replace the godzilla bands I got at the sporting goods store; where their lightest band was stronger that the heavy band in this pack. Perfect for a starter pack of bands.
