Whats the Difference between ls1219l and ls 1219lx?

I believe that one is electric (corded) and the other is battery.

Can this be used to cut paver stones?

No, it's not set up to cut pavers and would likely damage the saw after a short period of time. I would stick with a saw specifically made for that. I use the iQ360XT 14" Dust Control Table Saw for pavers and it's awesome. I use this saw for trim and framing
