This product is helping me heal in ways traditional medicine has failed to and I am glad for the internet and other reviews to have found this product since most Americans have never heard of mastic gum. I will say stick with it for a while even when you are feeling better or your symptoms may return. I had H pylori symptoms without being positive for H pylori but suffering terribly nonetheless. I truly believe there are still some bacterias and fungi they will not find with their tests for a variety of reasons. This helped me get rid of my burning stomach, pain, and digestive problems. I used this in conjunction with the pure mastic chewing gum from Chios. The chewing gum takes getting used to but if you are suffering it is worth it. I don’t mind it anymore. If you are suffering greatly, I suggest taking 2 herbs in the morning on an empty stomach, 2 before bed, and chewing the gum when you can, especially after meals. Good luck to anyone else suffering with stomach issues —- IBS, IBD, or anything else with no clear answers or relief. It is also shocking to know some of the heartburn meds have some concerning long term consequences. Mastic definitely helps with that too. Again, it works rather fast (a few days) but stick with it, give it time, and use it past when you are feeling better.

Seems like a pretty potent supplement. It was pretty rough going through the healing process but with this mastic gum for 14 days as part of my regimen which only included these and zinc l carnsoine(5-7 days) and L Rheuteri(probiotic chewable) I started noticing significant improvement in my GI symptoms. I have recommended these to others already!

The 1500 mg is deceptive advertising. If you read the label on bottle it say 1500 mg per serving ( not capsule) and each serving is 3 capsule. Effectively this is just 500 mg capsule. It seems to work however with no GERD symptoms since starting.

Works well, almost as good as the gum

I recently purchased a bottle of supplements from Horbäach (Mastic Gum) and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The product, which contains 100 pills, is set to expire next January. Considering we're at the end of October and I consume only one pill per day, the imminent expiration raises concerns about the quality and efficacy of the remaining supply. Upon reaching out to customer service with my genuine worries, I was met with disappointing responses. I expected a brand that takes pride in its products to address my concerns with more understanding. To my surprise, the customer service representative stated that it's not refundable!!!! Now, isn't a product on the verge of expiration inherently defective? The potential loss of nutritional value and effectiveness should be reason enough for a consumer to seek a refund or an exchange. It's disheartening to witness a lack of consideration for customers who invest their trust and money in a product, only to be left with an almost expired supplement. I hope this review draws attention to the importance of addressing product shelf life concerns, especially when there's a significant time gap before the stated expiration date. A proactive and customer-centric approach is expected from reputable brands, and I encourage Horbäach to reconsider their stance on such matters for the benefit of their customers.

I suffer from chronic gastritis and I was on carafate and famotidine. Time passed taking these medications and still not much help. I continued with the agonizing pain despite of taking both and watching what I was eating. My stomach felt and looked very distended. So Thank God! I found this supplement and started taking it right away and as soon as the very next day I begin to feel better. My distention and pain had improved and continued to improve as time progressed. Now I feel so much better but still have to continue watching what I eat and sometimes I need to take famotidine. If I eat certain foods (mainly going out to eat)and stop taking the acid refucer, even though I take mastic gum everything, the pain and mild distention tends to slowly comeback. So does this supplement help? Yes, but still u need to be careful with what u eat. I went from not being able to eat much at home to being able to eat as long as I prepare it AT HOME! Update: I took this for 3 months and now I am a different person. I have improved to the point where I can eat anything at home( except lemon), including coffee and most of the time when I go out to eat I feel okay. I don’t need anymore famotidine!!!! Rarely feel stomach pain. Still I need to be careful and watch what I eat because I don’t want a relapse!☺️

This is our must haves in our household. Whenever any of us gets upset stomach , mastic gum definitely does its job. Always arrives nicely sealed and quality has not yet disappointed us.
