Very good, sturdy little pocket compass that works just fine. Ok it hasn't any lumen which would have been nice though not a major problem because following a compass without a map and in the dark without a torch, to me, is pretty pointless anyway. All in all I'm very happy with it and for the money well worth it.

I liked it because it was presented beautiful and her face when opened. Isn’t something she will break easily. Worth every penny as it will last in strength and protected well. Brought for school as she has started secondary school for Geography. Even teacher was pleased she got a + mark.

This is a useful little piece for an occasional quick reference whilst out and about. The figures are very small and I would not use it for precise work with a map. It is particularly handy for places like unfamiliar cities, simply to supplement ones sense of direction without using precise bearings. Excellent value and stylish.

No idea if it works or not.

Nice looking compass and works well as long as I take a second or two to make sure I am holding it level. I needed something my son could keep with him when he takes his camera for a wander in the woods.....something he can use to get back to me and the car if he loses his bearings.....as there is no mobile phone reception up there. I took it up into the woods walking the dog this morning and it always swung north each time I tried it. Does what it is needs to do so I am quite happy with it.

The pocket compass is just as I expected. Well made, accurate and handy size. The price is very fair too.

This is an amazing high quality product that as far as I'm aware flawlessly displays the direction of the magnetic north to the user when laid on a flat surface. The metal appears to be good quality and sturdy and despite how I've accidently dropped it on my carpet several times it still works perfectly. This should have got 5 stars. But for some reason along with all the other honest and truthful words they've used to describe it someone decided to put in the word "fluorescent". Fluorescent is defined as "the emission of light by a substance" which is confusing because this led me to believe that it would be visible in the dark, but despite having the word fluorescent in it isn't even visible in low light. I felt like I had to write this because it would be a shame if someone got injured or worse while relying on this product alone to navigate in the wilderness. Don't do what I did and ignore all the other reviews that point out this flaw. It could save your life.
