Great flavor, good packaging.

Good tea for the price but not the best Darjeeling Muscatel flavor

Love this lovely Darjeeling tea from the second flush. Sweet and pleasant. 🫖

Looking at the reviews it is clear that there are several folks who are praising this tea without really any experience of what a good Darjeeling tea is. Try the Makaibari Loose Leaf second flush summer muscatel - yes the same tea from the same company . That's the real Makaibari flavor. What you get in the tea bag is an odious smelly pyramid of leaves which creates a further poor tasting concoction . I am sure the discarded leaves or the burnt remains are used for this tea or maybe it's a batch defect. But had to complain about poor quality within 1 day of getting it.

One of this estate’s medium level products.. not their best but certainly drinkable

I brewed per instructions on back - 90 C (about 195 F), for 5 min. The brew color was perfect, the taste aromatic and full of fresh muscatel flavor. Goes well either as a breakfast or afternoon tea. Have been enjoying daily.

This tea was overpriced and weak. If you use more tea, it is still tasteless and simply a blast of caffeine. Do not buy.

Good tea

Quality is at par with Darjeeling long leaf tea purchased from local shop at ₹1000/kg compared to ₹6750/kg of this one. Same flavour and colour for both!!! Don't have to mention anything more I think!!!

Excellent tea as is expected from Makaibari. I enjoyed every sip and would buy it again.
