I have purchased this refill with 18 inch length. Length is ok, but no required width to this product. i reqested for refund. Immediately request was approved on condition that I have to return the product at my cost and responsibility to the seller. Then only, refund will be issued. I contacted the customer care on chat, but they insisted to their demand. It is the responsibility of seller to arrange the pick up of the return item. Here they skiped that responsibility. Think several times before buying this product. Quality of the item is very poor. Micro fibre wicks are not sufficient.
