It's quite pretty - a coffee table book.
It mentions a lot of plants, but what I noticed particularly was that it gives no Latin names. Chamomile, for instance, comes in two distinct varieties, one a ground cover, and one a foot or two high. If you decide to grow your own, you need to know which you are looking for. The same is true for peppermint. Ingredients are listed, but that's it, a list, no clue as to where to get them. One calls for an obsidian arrowhead. So basically it's very pretty, the botanical drawings are nice, you might be able to get some ideas, but it's not serious.
