Creamer Reduced Sugar 8OZ

I'm loving this stuff! It is like having a mid morning snack if I feel peckish or groggy. It wont make your coffee go that creamy colour like coffemate does, however I find it tastes creamy and helps boost my energy level. I only have it once or twice a day using 2 heaped teaspoons per my huge mug. Its worth mentioning not to go crazy as MCT can have a laxative effect if you're not used to it! :) I would say a little hand held electric frother is essential to blend this, otherwise you will end up with an oily lumpy mess floating on your coffee. Massively overpriced with a strong coconut smell. It’s totally useless as a whitener for coffee as it doesn’t dissolve! See photo. I still have black coffee but now it has loads of lumps floating on it. Utter waste of money. Back to the search for decent vegan coffee whitener.

In trying to move away from diary i thought I would give this a try. On first appearances it is not like any creamer you have used before. It doesn't really dissolve like a powder and in fact, almost looks like curdled milk until you start stirring furiously. It doesn't have a granular texture but nor does it feel like a regular powder based creamer. The taste? Well it's coconut. If you like the background note of coconut in your coffee or tea, this is for you. I found the balance of trying to get a more creamy feel to my coffee without being overwhelmed with coconut flavour and smell difficult to achieve.

Why did I think this would not taste of coconut? It smells of coconut, which isn't ideal for coffee, tea, etc It's not the best packaging because the powdered product sticks all over the velcro-style closure making a mess and not closing effectively. Also, it doesn't blend with drinks well and creates an unpleasant scum effect, even if you mix it as instructed. I really wanted to like it and the company seem nice, but this is absolutely not for me.

As a vegan, it was difficult to find coffee i liked to drink at home as i don't enjoy it with dairy free milk. When i found this, now i drink it every morning and sometimes throughout the day. I saved a lot of money not having to buy it from tbe coffee shops anymore! If you like it sweet buy the original.

Made the coffee taste like bulletproof coffee but without the oiliness. Quite coconutty which I really liked.

The worst powdered non dairy unsweetened creamer i have ever bought, never again! Shocked how clumpy and not easy to disolve in coffee. I was left with what looked like lumps of cottage cheese in my coffee, even after using a whisk. This has been the most expensive i have bought since being lactose.intolerant. save your money and your coffee and dont bother buying.

I am a Clinical Nutritionist and very serious about what I put in my body. I am dairy free but I do like to have a dairy-free, keto style coffee. I bought this Laird's Superfood Creamer Unsweetned to replace the full-fat coconut cream that I use for my keto (aka bulletproof style but I modify mine) instead of grass-fed butter. This product is dairy-free, sugar-free, has 1 gram of carb and while it's not as creamy as the coconut cream and it's not as many grams of fat, it is SO much easier to deal with. The coconut cream comes in cans and even the small cans I get from Thrive Market have many tablespoon size servings so some of it goes to waste unless I use it for another recipe. I do wonder about the the Aquamin which is a marine algae based calcium mineral product. I read some of the studies (they are small and in early stages but look promising). It indicated better calcium metabolism when compared to calcium carbonate but I am not a fan of calcium carbonate so not sure about that. It seems to be a good choice and while it's processed it's also non GMO and looks like health is a concern for the Aquamin people and Lairds Superfood. I like this product and will be looking for more information on it. It doesn't seem to disolve great with just a spoon but I blend my coffee in a vitamix or with a frother and it's great this way. The flavor is pleasant and more creamy than coconuty to me but I also do really like coconut. I add MCT and Collagen and I don't need stevia to sweeten with this product it's already sweet. There are some benefits of the grass-fed butter that this does not have, like CLA, butyrate, different vitamins and minerals, but in my opinion, most of us are much better off using this, or straight coconut cream and avoiding the bad effects of dairy (yes, even grass-fed butter some of us don't do well with dairy at all). I am fine with those who tolerate GFB to use that but dairy affects the body and autoimmune issues in many ways.
