QUALITY product
Don't waste time with other bus bars, these are built to perform and will be safe. I won't take a chance ever again on the cheap Chinese knockoffs.

love it
I really enjoy buying Blue Sea Systems because the products are always so oversized and sturdy. It just feels strong and good and not like chinese junk

These have been through a lot and are champs at it
I have used these for the past year combining three charge controllers to feed a battery bank in an off-grid system. There has been once or twice I exceeded (albeit by only a few amps) the 250 amp limit, and have not seen any problems. As you get above 175 amps, they can start to get a bit above room temperature, but that is to be expected when you are throwing that kind of current through it. The highest temp I was able to garner was about 95-105 degrees F when it was pushing about over 225 amps @ +/- 24v with a temp gun at room temp. The tin coating is very good, and yes, you can definitely tell they are copper on the inside from their weight. Dimensions are spot-on which really helped me put these in an enclosure. I have had no problems with these at all, and let's be honest - they're solid pieces of metal, no moving parts - but they have lived up to every thing I can throw at them thus far. I am upgrading these to the 600 amp models as I am adding more solar and do not want to push my luck when I take it above 300 amps. If you have a need for this kind of item, don't skimp on the workmanship and get these.

Very sturdy busbar
I bought this to connect the negative parallel cables from my solar battery bank. I've been hoping to get a busbar with 5 posts but no such luck. I thought this was 3/8" when I ordered it but it turned out to be 5/16". However since I had to make up battery cables I just bought 5/16" end lugs and put that on the cable instead. The cable from the mini disconnect has a 3/8" lug but this didn't prove to be a problem because the nut makes good contact with the end, but I will update once I get a good sunny day (been having cloudy days and rain). This was a lot cheaper than the quote from the solar company for a 17" busbar with no posts!

Top quality, worth the cost for solar batteries.
These are the best out there for solar power battery systems. Worth every $! If you run parallel inverters like I do you need to add the max possible DC amperage together. This is real tinned copper. Don't use brass busbars for anything you want to push power through, it has only 25% of the conductivity of copper and you'll get hot in a hurry.

Superior BusBar for My Inverter System
A magnificent piece of equipment that I use between my huge battery pack and my 4,000 watt pure sine wave inverter that can draw 300 amps. Yea I know, it is only rated for 250 amps, but that is for continuous power. At worse I draw 300 amps for 20 seconds. And from the look and weight of this beast busbar, I have no doubt it is under rated.

Heavy duty / compact buss bar.
This buss bar has a very thick contact area, but is compact enough to use when I installed a shunt for my RV’s solar setup.

Using in an RV for a self constructed electrical system. Quality bus bars for any purpose.

Great quality!
Returned it to get the 6 post 250amp bus bar.

Great busbar, too much packaging
I bought two of these for a camper van build, one for negative and one for positive connections. They make for an extremely clean electrical setup, and feel hefty and high-quality. The reason I docked one star is because this product, and all the other Blue Sea products I bought, have a crazy amount of unrecyclable plastic packaging. I don't usually pay that much attention to product packaging, but in this case it's pretty egregious. At minimum, they should switch to recyclable plastic, or better yet, a cardboard box. The packaging presentation should not matter as much as the environmental impact when it comes to online orders.
