Noticeable Heat Reduction in Boat Cabin - Great Product
In have a 37' Sea Ray boat (1990 SRV350/370) with a camper top. It's a BIG green house and it gets very hot inside in 85degF+ sunny weather in Michigan. I was looking for ways to reduce the sun load and came across this product surfing through Amazon. I bought the 10' by 14' size and I place it over the windshield and canvas camper top. I'm very pleased that it covers 95% of the windshield and canvas top all the way back to the radar arch. I simply tied off the four corners with 1/8" rope. There is a noticeable reduction in interior heat, especially under the windshield glass. It's very easy to take on and off my boat. Understand that it still gets hot inside under these ambient conditions because there is a huge surface area of glass/canvas with the sun beating down on it but this cover was well worth the expense. I'd definitely recommend it as a heat barrier cover to go over non-sharp edge surfaces for boats, cars, tents, motor home roofs and windshields, sheds, etc. I've only been using it for a few weeks. It seems relatively fragile with respect to sharp edges (similar to a typical tarp). There are no sharp surfaces (probably OK as a direct cover over a car). It passes water. GREAT PRODUCT! Great innovation. Will buy again.

This works wonderfully
I bought a canopy to shade my dogs and I from the sun at the different dog shows I go to. The canopy came with a wall. However, that wall becomes a sail in windy conditions. I had seen several others with these Aluminet shade panels. I had them on my wish list for a while, but never invested in them. After the wind took my previous canopy and broke it in 4 - 5 pieces (though I had shortened it, took the “sail” off and had it staked to the ground), I bought another canopy and I had decided to spend the money on one of these shade cloths. I love it! I have some other tarps that have sun deflectors on one side of them. They deflect more heat than this one does but they are not large enough. This Jesasy 70% 10’ x 20’ Aluminet Shade Cloth Panel let’s the wind pass through and keeps us cool in the heat under the canopy. This is perfect! But I do have to warn you. The material is slightly fragile. It caught on my dogs x-pen a bit and it tore a little. But, it is still working just fine for what I need. I would highly recommend it.

Hello cool shade!
I have used this informal and recreational settings to keep my vehicle, electronic equipment, and myself cool. When friends suggest fetching pop up tents from their vehicles, I stopped them and grab this instead. It is much better than just being in the shade. It is also much easier to move in order to stay in shade if necessary. A couple good clips and it is there with no issues. It allows good airflow and stays many degrees cooler than simple shade. When I use it on my vehicle, my vehicle stays 10 to 20 degrees cooler including on 95 Degree Days. I used tarp clips and versatile tent poles to set it up in different places. I would suggest getting the largest one you can afford. Because there's no such thing as too much shade.Sep 2022 Update: I have had this over a year, use it in a variety of ways at least once a week and you cannot see the wear. It has been out in rain, big weather, and more than a few weather events that ripped canopies away. I am buying the next size up and gifting mine to someone. 10x14 is large enough to cover all the glass on my van, but I'd enjoy some more material so I can cover glass and have an awning. I've tested its efficacy with Govee brand Bluetooth temp gages inside and outside. In 90+ degree weather and sunlight, with fans and good airflow, I can keep the van around 80 to 85 degrees. There is no substitute for responsible monitoring, so don't just assume things are fine and leave a pet unminotired under it. When my dog is resting, I have alarms and am nearby. This past weekend, it was 85 and I had to park in direct sunlight with limited breeze. My van only got to 73 degrees. Away from my vn, I routinely use tarp clips and big construction looking clips to hold it on whatever. Trees, easy ups, the side of my house, it is just too good a shade to use anything else. The light diffusion is enough to read electronics and computer screens under it in bright daylight. More recently, I used it to diffuse light and keep cool while I took a bunch of photos. It was excellent. I particularly enjoy painting outside while under it. I get the benefit of sunlight on the pigments without the eyestrain.

Shades the minivan really well
I purchased the 10X20 size to shade my minivan at dog events when we need to crate dogs in the car. First day out it was well over 80 degrees but the shade cloth did its job really well. I used a windshield shade so that the cloth did not need to cover the windshield and could drape over the top and back of the car with the rear open, providing a rear screen to hang down and curtain the rear of the car - and leave enough space to let air flow. It would also cover the car from windshield to rear window just fine if I did not want to open the rear door. My two negative comments: the fabric is a little thin and I think it will tear fairly easily so we have been careful to avoid snagging. Also, while the fabric does let some air in, it still restricts a lot of circulation. I bought a couple of fans to use with it. That said, this was a very good value for he money and it seems to work really well. I would buy it again.

Camping's Coolest Secret
Discovering Aluminet Shade Cloth Panels was a game-changer for my camping experience. I can't help but wonder why this material isn't used more often. These panels became my new favorite camping companion, offering unparalleled shade and comfort. Setting them up required a bit of engineering, but I found that adjustable flagpoles worked wonders, creating a circus-tent-like setup. The difference was remarkable – it was so much cooler under these panels, making the camping experience far more enjoyable, especially during scorching days.Getting creative with the setup is key, and I even found that clipping them in the center when surrounded by canopies provided an excellent solution. If you're willing to put in a little effort to set them up creatively, you'll be rewarded with significantly improved shade and comfort. They've become an essential part of my camping gear, and I can't recommend them enough!
