I hated to have to spend so much for a good piece of plastic to cover my winter hoop-greenhouse. But, since the plastic in all the big box stores is no longer clear but white, I had to open the wallet for this plastic. It works GREAT! Quite clear. And, at 6 mils, I can salvage it to use for next winter. It is strong. Highly recommended! Good work, guys! Lots of salad, kale, Swiss chard, mustard, radishes, beets, fava beans, and kohlrabi for me and my family! We live in Southern California, so we have veggie gardens all year long! 2025 Review: This plastic is on its second year in my garden. It is holding up very, very well. I was extra careful when I took it down at in April 2024. Folded it carefully and brought it out again in November. It's covering my 2025 garden now and still intact. No holes. Holds rain well. I highly recommend this plastic. It is clear too. Hope it last another year. We've had devastating Santa Ana winds with year and it has withstood these monster winds perfectly. Winter 2026: Just took down the plastic from my hoop house for my 3rd winter of use. It has been a great purchase. I gently fold up the plastic, place it in a large bag and store it in my garage over the summer months. This piece of plastic will be ready for its 4th year of usage in November 2026. I cannot believe this lasted so Long. Still clear too!

My husband built me a greenhouse for our anniversary from a design I found online. We bought this plastic to cover it. I love my greenhouse, but it was only completed a few weeks ago, so I can't say much about the durability or sturdiness of the plastic yet. I will say that it was easy to work with and the plants seem to be quite happy. My only real complaint at this point is that what I really needed was a piece about 20 x 25, so I feel like I paid for a lot of plastic I didn't need. Update: Almost three years later, and I still love my greenhouse, but I am sorry to say that the plastic film didn't last the four years I was hoping for. It has large tears in it at both ends and we are having to buy more plastic and recover the whole thing. To be fair, we live in the SoCal desert outside Palm Springs where we have extremely hot temperatures in the summer, near freezing in the winter, and frequent high winds (I have been inside the greenhouse in 50+ mph winds -- it shook and wailed but did not come apart). I wish it would last longer because my husband is 79 now and this is probably the last time he will be able to replace it for me. Still, I don't think there is a better product available, so I am reordering this. I'll let you know in another three years how well it lasts.

We are now in year 6 with our greenhouse plastic. Given that we live in a cold climate, this product has been tested and has done extremely well! Very happy with the quality of this product and would highly recommend it to home gardeners!! Easy to install and very durable, definitely thick, and keeps the greenhouse warm!!

I constructed the frame out of old fencing and poles. I was counting on the 6 mil plastic to withstand the street of being stretched across poles with blunt ends, avoiding the sharp thorns of the lemon and lime trees, maintaining some heat within its confines, and withstanding a snowfall if I created a steep enough slop of the greenhouse roof. So far it has met my satisfaction. It cannot be expected to retain a lot of heat, so I surrounded the greenhouse with 4 ft high insulation around the entire base. The clear plastic is still visible about 4ft above the insulation. I have one milkhouse heater in the greenhouse and so far with a temp of 36 degrees F outside, it is maintaining an internal temp of 50 degrees F . There has been a fairly heavy rainfall and the plastic did not form puddles on the roof. I am hoping the same will be true with snow if the temp can keep melting the snow enough to make it slide off of the roof. I cannot find anything more that I could reasonably expect from this plastic. I will have to see how long it can withstand the sun, but for now all is well.

Good clear plastic with UV protection and a 4 year warranty. Don't buy plastic from all these sellers who say their plastic is UV protected but don't stand behind it with a warranty, it will be a shredded piece of garbage you have to dispose of in under a year.

Great quality greenhouse plastic film. If you want a long lasting greenhouse cover this is it. I've worked over 30 years in commercial greenhouses and this is the stuff to buy. I purchased this to recover my moms hobby greenhouse which I was tired of replacing every 1.5 years with thin cheap basic plastic rolls from hardware store. This thick plastic is just like the commercial rolls we used on the greenhouses back in the day. I didn't need a 40x100' roll from the commercial growers warehouse at around 1000.00+ per roll. I'm sure this film will last the 4 year rating it's given.

I bought this plastic to cover my metal-framed-garage-turned-into-a-greenhouse project. They had a wide variety of sizes to choose from, a fairly good price, and for me, its best selling point was that it is guaranteed for four years! It arrived in a relatively (considering the covid19 mess) short period of time - before i had finished my greenhouse, so it was perfect timing. It went on fairly easily, and is doing its job. My big worry is, 'WILL IT LAST?' I live near the ocean in Nova Scotia, and we get a fair amount of wind. So I am anxious to see a) if it survives the winter, and b) will they back up their warranty? But, SO FAR, SO GOOD!

We received the plastic earlier than we thought which was great and used it for our greenhouse. It was packaged very well and a very high quality, sturdy plastic...perfect for our needs! Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Current Review 4 years after purchase and installation (now 2026). The plastic is still in good shape. Just cleaned this March and plastic is clear and undamaged. Excellent result! My Original review: (2022 4 years ago). Arrived on time and correct size. Installation of a 25x40 ft size on a homemade 20w x10d x 7h greenhouse was no problem. Need to wait and see if the 4 years UV resistance works out.
