I have used this product over the last three years to help with perimenopausal and now menopausal symptoms of lack of sleep and low libido. Although the taste is not great (you get used to the taste after about a week of dosing) it works VERY well for both sleep and also for libido. Sometimes you just have to put up with taste if you really need a product that works! Also, the fact that it doesn't taste well is actually a good thing, it tells me the strength of it's potency, and tells me there's no unnecessary ingredients like sugar, etc. I will always order this product on a regular basis. If you're looking for a product that helps with those two things I would highly recommend you try this. It's easy to take with the included dropper.

Ashwagandha works GREAT for subclinical Hypothyroidism. Prescription meds are not that effective for this diagnosis so ask your physician if Ashwagandha would work well for your lab results. Its also very effective in lowering cortisol levels and great for people that have depression / or anxiety. Also great for insomniacs! One of the best / most effective Ashwagandhas on the market.

I take this before bed and it seems to be helpful. The taste isn’t bad but I don’t like it. It tastes like vegetable oil, which makes sense and is just the nature of tinctures. I trust this brand in particular for its quality.

This did help me with lessening my anxiety a bit, but I started off with half of the dose once a day, and if needed twice a day, and it's been very helpful to me after 2 or 3 days, and I stuck with that 1/2 dose once or twice every other day.

Information you might not know? I found out the hard way! Took this product for about 6 months daily X2. It does what it is intended to do..BUT….AFTER THAT LENGTH OF TIME..I DEVELOPED A SMALL BODY RASH WHICH OVER WEEKS KEPT ENLARGING. burning toes….very agitated and anxiety was increased…hot and cold body…TRIED TO STOP THIS PRODUCT AND EVERYTHING GOT WORSE….HOT FLASHES….ANXIETY THROUGH THE ROOF….BODY RASH ALL OVER…ITCHING….INSOMNIA NIGHTLY. READ UP ON THIS ON REDDIT-GOOGLE.COM. takes about a month to get it out of your system depending on how much you took daily. It affects you thyroid…harmones….everything is now out of wack in your system. I am absolutely miserable!! Thought I was having a nervous breakdown. It’s been three days now and I’m still fighting the withdrawals. Throw it in the trash!

After a two-year period of inactivity following a hip replacement (shame on me, after two months you're pretty much good to go) I got back to it. During that period I struggled with insomnia. After considerable research I've been drinking a glass of water with ashwagandha and magnesium powder. I sleep like a baby. Good to note that I also exercise, which no doubt helps too. Great stuff, I'll keep taking it.

Useless really. Just tasted like sweet oil not ina good way. Like you were just taking oil.
