I still haven’t revived EBook

message them. it would have been in the confirmation email they sent you when it was purchased. right at the bottom of the email

Hello, the suction doesnt seem to work on these. Is this a design flaw or just a faulty batch? Many thanks x

I think you might have a faulty one, the suction on our is excellent, I have to put them in the cupboard upside down so they don’t stick to other plates or the shelf. Our toddler can pull them off her highchair table but It requires a bit of effort and as such I have fair warning. Sorry to hear yours aren’t working that’s frustrating, perhaps it can be exchanged?

Where do I find the ebook?

This is sent in an automated email once the item is shipped. If you haven’t received it, you may have opted out of receiving such emails on Amazon. Please private message us your order number so we can look into this for you. Thank you

Hi the suction doesn’t seem to work very well on my bowl at all from this set, the plate works perfectly? Is this normal? Thanks

Hi, both my bowl and my plate have good suction so I would contact them to see what they can do... hope this helps.
