Xbox 360 Core Console Video Game System

The company was great. Very helpful and willing to work with you. The consol did have a disk reading issue which is common in old systems. The company was willing to pay for repairs or to replace. Great customer service. I would use them again

The power button is cracked and tray doesnt open all the time. Shipped like it was taken out of a basement and sent loose inside box. Very poor.

Arrived on time, but the power supply was missing. I emailed the seller and heard back from him within two hours. They asked me to take pics of the ports to make sure they got the right fit, and had it in priority mail the next day. Great customer service, and the 360 runs very smoothly.

Got the core console sent to me 2 weeks ago, piece of crap. Shipping time was great, got to me in 3 days. Thing doesn't work. Looks like they put a new trey and laser, but didn't integrate it with the main board. In other words, got another CD/DVD player. Worst thing, still trying to get them to refund my money, been a week now. Haven't even heard back from them. Had a friend go through the same thing with them, she got a phone number to call. I'm getting the number tonight, she's unavailable until tonight, will post when I get it, to start phone campaign to stop this crap. Third time I've had same problem. Screw me once, your fault. Screw me twice, my fault. Screw me three times, start a Internet campaign for Amazon to start checking the companies they do business with," A Little BETTER"

I received this Xbox 360 in non working condition. Description clearly stated system was tested and works. Very disappointed. I purchased 10 games to play on this system and I couldn't. 3 red ring lights and power cord was green. I was advised to return the console and get your money back. Controller thumbstick was half their. To this seller, please either fix this console before you sell it to someone else or just shelf it permanently.

Disappointment, item was not in working condition, disk drive was broken. Bad service from this seller.

I do not like the fact that the disk tray sticks sometimes..other than that, system works fine.
