I've tried quite a few brands of tahini, and this is the BEST, followed by Trader Joe's, which is cheaper, but Trader Joe's is so often back ordered. It's very thick, so you know you're getting a LOT of sesame seeds in every jar. Therefore, it costs a little more, but it's worth it. Most brands are runny. The texture is smooth, and the oil rises to the top, if you want to pour off any to use for frying. It actually goes further than most tahinis because it's so thick that you don't use as much at once. It's always very fresh tasting. In fact, I'd buy more jars at once, but the company has a 5 jar limit per order. Excellent quality!

I absolutely love this tahini! The texture is smooth and creamy. Very rich flavor . The taste is superior to other brands. I use it in dressings, sauces, and smoothies. I keep 2 jars in the pantry so I don't run out.

Great Raw Tahini. Worth the price if you prefer raw over roasted.

Just opened my first jar and all I can is WOW. Creamy and delicious, not bitter or grainy. I drained off about 75% of the oil on top when I opened the large then stirred well for several minutes until creamy.

I was really disappointed with this Artisana raw tahini. After opening the jar, I noticed the oil had separated, which is normal, but even after a lot of stirring the texture stayed hard and clumpy. The flavor was very bitter - much more than the natural sesame aftertaste I’m used to. It actually tasted oxidized, like it was too old or spoiled. I tried mixing it with honey to make it bearable, but since I follow a keto diet, that’s not a good option for me. Unfortunately, it’s not something I can enjoy or use as I hoped.

I learned the raw sesame has sticky lectins. This raw tahini must be cooked for safety. Don't believe me, verify on PubMed. Many seeds and nuts must be roasted, with some exceptions. LECTINS

好みは別れますよね。ってかんじの味です。タヒニにしたりいろんなソース、パスタ いろいろ試しましたが根本的に好きではないので食べたいと思えなかったです。わたしは五葷や動物性、菌類使わないのでそれらのきつい臭いとマッチするとまた違うのかもしれません。

なめらかで味も良かったです。もう少し安いと良いですが、それでも良い品でした。 他レビューで味への不満がありますが、生のゴマですので日本の通常の練りごまとは全く味が違う点、ご注意されると。 味は松の実に似てますね。ブレンダーを使わなくても、刻みバジルと合わせて ジェノベーゼもどき なんかすぐ出来ます。
