I love this palette! I bought one for myself and was so pleased I bought a second for my pro kit. The range of matte shades is beautiful and they're fool proofed for those less confident with picking colors, just work within a row. They've got good payoff and hold well throughout the day, especially with a primer. I've used them on people of all ages (seriously, 18 to 60+) and find they perform just as well on everyone and are particularly great for eyes that crease or have wrinkles. For the price, it's a great buy and I like this just as well as or better than some other matte palettes on the market (which there is a woefully small amount of). The metal tin has held up very well to lots of being smashed in bags and carried all over. There is a slight coconut fragrance in the shadows, just in case you are sensitive to fragrance.

Amazing group of colors that apply like other eyeshadow palettes and for so much less!

I got tired of buying large palettes of eye shadow when I only used 2-3 shades, that are nude, ivory and brown, all the way to dark. I like the smoky eye style in moderation, and natural colors. All of my life and even when my skin was way younger, those colors always looked the best on me. I was thrilled when I saw a metal, vintage looking box, and the shades. It's small and fits in my purse, but also no need to fix it during the day, as the colors stay. It's very good to blend and do gradient switch from bright to dark to shape my eyes. Also if I put too much nude or bright I can still mix more brown and get it darker. I had eye shadows that would not blend or mix well and it's very important. Also the powder they are made from is very fine so it doesn't make my eye lids look dry or caky. So far it's the best eye shadow I purchased for years!!!

I love this color palette, and have ordered it at least three different times. The container is dented and the mirror is cracked. The only reason I'm keeping it , is because the shadow palettes were not damaged.

Oh, how nice to finally find a matte finish on eye shadow ! I'm all for the elderly wearing makeup. It can absolutely improve their outlook and make them feel good about themselves. But, and strictly my own opinion, they shouldn't wear sparkly makeup and that's basically all you can find within a middle price range. It simply accentuates all the wrinkles and flaws of old age. This eye shadow is exactly as advertised. It is truly matte. It blends nicely. There are 9 eye shadows that can be used individually or blended together. Contrary to what another wrote, the tin box that houses them is quite sufficient.

Well no more eye shadow graveyard. I finally found the ones I've been searching for. The Shadows are wonderful! And please these have a very light scent and I'm super picky about smells and I really enjoy these eyeshadows they go on super smooth they're not powdery so they will last a very long time. I am 56 years old and I've been looking or some all Matt Shadows and these are awesome and the colors are beautiful. And I love the tin that it comes in. So I will definitely order these again :-)
