Even in china, i see "black sesame" that isn't pure, has a lot of white material mixed with it (color is the clue). is this one truly black color?

If under the sun you cannot see the white color but if I open the bright light at night time I can see the white color. Thank you about your detail that open my world. I will test to smash a real black sesami seed to be powder by myself and check whether it has white color in natural way or not.

Should black sesame powder be stored in the fridge, or can you just store it somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight?

somewhere cool. Light is not important because it comes in a can.

How does one use this? Thank you.

A common health soup in China for breakfast is the three blacks: black soybean, black rice, and black sesame. As a powder, it cooks in about one minute, so it is added just before serving. what is the nutrition fact of this product?

Oh the nutrition I mentioned is in each 20kg of the powder. It has 25*20kg
