I purchased 10 beautiful koi and two days later they died. I was heartbroken. But I contacted the customer service at Blue Ridge and they were amazing! They are replacing all of the koi immediately. So happy now.

Excellent...
...all arrived safe and alive, looking healthy, alert - and quite beautiful - exactly as advertised. Made themselves at home in our pond almost immediately. Be sure to place the bag they arrive in in the water they'll be transferred to for about 10 minutes to slowly match the temperature to avoid shock and possible death.

Great customer service
Unfortunately I'm saddened to say all fish, but one, died 10hrs after putting them in my pond.Blue Ridge Koi processed a refund right away and guided me accordingly in introducing them into my pond the next time around.Thank you ...

Fish did great. All 10 showed up alive and healthy.It's been about 2 months now, and no problems at all, infact there growing very fast and doing great.They are all different colors as expected.

This was a great experience!!! Will purchase again. The variety of colors and type of koi where perfect! When measuring them before putting them in I only had 2 8 inch fish out of 20...)-: I was hoping for a few more.

Great quality and color Koi Fish
My Nishikigoi pond is for my smaller koi and once they get bigger they will go in a larger pond. The Blue Ridge Live Koi Fish Standard Fin I received are gorgeous and all alive. I love them. Very healthy fish!
These fish came the next day, beautifully packed. The fish were a good size and literally jumping in the bag! Much cheaper than I've found them at pond stores, and very healthy. Definitely recommend.

Great way to buy koi
Ordered 10 5” koi and got 11! They were delayed a day in shipping, were in transit for 3 days, but all were healthy and various nice colors. After 2 weeks lost 1 fish. They also have good customer support line with helpful information on acclimating new fish to your pond. Would definitely order again if needed.
