Better than expected!
I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this parcel. They are DEFINITELY real stones. The bulk of them are cut well with excellent sparkle. There are 1 or 2 poorly cut and some inclusions, but most are eye clean. Most are fairly small, but I'm just thrilled they're real after receiving synthetic stones sold as natural from another seller. I ordered the 100ct parcel. It came packed so well I could barely get the gems out of the packaging (that's actually a good thing). Unlike many of the reviews with the tiny gem jars, my gems came in a nice GemMart USA gift bag; inside that bag was a plastic bag with a nice silver painted jewelry bag inside. Inside the jewelry bag were 2 individually packaged 50ct (approx) parcels which were in turn packed in small plastic bags taped shut (!!!! I couldn't get the tape off, had to carefully cut them open) with tiny ziploc bags inside them, then with the actual gems in the ziploc baggies. There was no chance of any of the stones being lost or broken during shipment. Suprisingly, or maybe not so, each of the two 50ct parcels (totalling 100.2ct) are almost identical in content (see photos). Both contain Swiss blue topaz, prasiolite (purple amythest heated to green), amythest, smokey quartz, lemon quartz, garnet, peridot, citrine, what appears to be carnelian, what appears to be green onyx, and a couple unknown stones that may be phrenite (I'll have to test them), and 1 stone each I can't even being to guess at (yaaaay! I get to pull out my testing tools!). There are some decent sized stones, but the bulk are tiny; 3.5mm round & 3 x 6mm marquise cut. It will give me an opportunity to work on pave and tiny settings. I'm sure I'll be able to use them for something! Overall, I'm just thrilled with the parcel and will certainly buy again in the future! UPDATE: All stones are accounted for. After testing, what I thought was phrenite was merely heavily rutilated lemon quartz. The other stone was a very pale smokey quartz.

Small but Pretty
I'm an amateur rock collector who thought it would be cool to have some real jewels. I see some other reviews disappointed in the size due to expecting bigger, but I think if you know what you're getting you'll be pleased. (To set your expectations, consider that you're paying about $.50 per gem and go from there.) The biggest are about the size of my fingernail, the smallest are about the size of a big sprinkle. The biggest ones are about the size for a small pendant or a ring, and the smallest ones could easily be used to fill up one of those little vial pendants. I can hold them all easily in a pile in the palm of my hand. I got about 10 large (fingernail to pencil eraser sized) about 30 medium (about half that size) and about 30 small (sprinkle sized.) I got a nice assortment of colors, with a bit of everything. The colors are definitely random, so I got a lot of yellow stones (I can't tell the citrine and lemon topaz apart so probably it's a mix of those) and only a couple blue topaz, but I did get some of everything. The gems are all shiny and faceted (no cabochon) and look pretty good, although one of them has a broken point and another has a cracked side. the majority of them look whole and unscratched to the naked eye. The gems are mostly clear and light in color, but I have a few dark purple amethysts and dark red garnets. Two of my yellow gems have some threads of very dark yellow in them but it's pretty. The white topaz are a little boring honestly, they are just clear, and the carnelian and green onyx look a bit plasticky to me due to being opaque. But the rest are pretty, and I especially like the smoky topaz, although I wish there had been more with dark/vivid colors. There's an assortment of shapes as well, mostly ovals and brilliant, with some teardrops and marquise, and then a handful of others with 1-2 each of baguette, triangle, trilliant, and square/cushion. (I am not a jeweler so I may be misidentifying these cuts.) As a collector, these are pretty, the assortment of shapes and colors is nice, and I'm pleased with what I got for the price, but due to the size they're going to be difficult to display on my table. I'm thinking of getting a tiny jar or maybe a little dish. These would look really pretty in a shadowbox with a black background. An adult or responsible teen collector would probably enjoy these, provided they had a good way to keep them together.

Reading the reviews I didn't know what to expect but for my uses it was for a few crafts. I'd say 90% of the gems had some sort of small imperfection I'm assuming that they were pulled from the manufacturing process for this reason then sold as after market however was able to fix most of them with a buffer dremel. I did receive lots of very tiny ones I think I'd much prefer a few bigger to medium ones In place of the small ones just easier to work with however lovely they are. If your someone who is looking for perfect gemstones I would not recommend however if you want them for crafting or other things then it's a good buy. I also don't recall receiving any red garents or blue topaz. Overall I'm happy I'll order again

Sadly many arrived cracked, poorly cut and many are chipped and broken. Maybe 5 usable total out of container.
