So these are a decently big (not as big as fish oil but still) white solid pills. They work for me. I feel more regulated and stable. I think it helps with my sleep cycles and getting to sleep.Definitely a good add to your supplements.

These make me drowsy which I like bc my drinking coffee interferes w my sleep. MG does not have the slight laxative effect Magnesium Citrate has.
