Is this ok for my 10.5 year old? It says up to 10 only why

It is because after 10 a child's vitamin and mineral needs change. They would then move on to adult complete nutrition shake called Ensure.

Is there a larger size you can buy?

Don't think so, haven't seen a bigger size.
