Can I set an Alarm on this watch?

Yes. My nine year old sets her own alarm.

Can this watch be set to beep every hour to remind my son he needs to go to the potty? Ideally during the day, but not at night?

You can set a timer to go off after 60 mins. You'd just have to start the timer after potty time was done. Very easy watch to operate.

Would this fit a 12 year old?

It might but it is a small watch. I don't know if a 12 year old would like it. It is too thin

Would this fit a 3 year old?

I think the band could be adjusted to fit a three year old, however the watch face is kind of bulky so that might be a problem. The description says the strap is Velcro, but the watch I received is not. We are sending it back for that reason.
