Been using it for more than month now, and it looks like it's doing a good job of keeping my teeth clean. I use it only once a day, at night. First floss, then brush, then mouthwash(gargle at the end), and rinse with water. That's my nightly routine. I recently got root canals done, and it's recommended that I stop using alcohol mouthwash because it could deteriorate the cement, and if the cement washes away, bacteria could grow between my teeth and the crown. I tried another mouthwash before this one, but I started to notice it was staining my teeth(cpc mouthwash), so I switched over to this, and so far so good. The taste is good, there is a slight burning but not bad at all, and I do feel like my mouth sometimes feel a little bit dry in the morning, but that's not a deal breaker for me. And as I said before, I only use it at night, not in the morning, so I don't know if it effects your taste buds at all when eating food. Overall, I recommend it if you are looking for an alcohol free mouthwash, that doesn't stain your teeth, doesn't have an overbearing burning sensation, and something that taste like mint and nothing else.

For years I used Dessert Essence whitening mouthwash, because it was all natural. It worked well, but there was always morning breath and as the day wore long, my breath was not the freshest. Mind you, I brushed my teeth three times per day. Once in the morning, once after eating breakfast, then once at night in the evening. Full disclosure I go to my dentist and have cleanings and exams twice per year. I do not have a problem with halitosis. But I was always feeling that. My mouth wasn’t the freshest and there was always a slight uncomfortable feeling, especially after eating a meal. So I’ve resorted to chewing gum after each meal. Some say that gum does help generate saliva and clean your teeth after you eat. Onto the review of this mouthwash. I was running out of my normal mouthwash. So I decided to read the reviews on several mouthwashes and stumbled upon this. I heard of TheraBreath and saw it in local pharmacies and grocery stores, but never paid any attention. I am so glad I stumbled upon this mouthwash because I will never switched back to the old one I was using. The claims that your breath will be fresh for 24 hours is absolutely true. Actually I’m floored because I have purchased even more expensive mouthwashes that did not work this well. Not only is my breath fresh, but it feels clean almost like a dentist clean. Like after you come from getting your teeth cleaned from the dentist. Please also know that I wear top and bottom dental retainers overnight and I used to get horrible dry mouth morning breath due to the plastic in my mouth. That doesn’t happen anymore! I’ve also noticed that my gums are much brighter and my smile is slightly whiter. Another full disclosure in that I do use a tongue scraper and an electric toothbrush that has a whitening feature. Please do yourself a favor and pick this mouthwash up and try it. It may not be for everyone, but I imagine that this will help you if you suffer from bad breath or even want fresh or breath. I was concerned that this contained fluoride, but as I am getting older, I want to protect my teeth and smile as long as I can. So this having fluoride may not be for you. But my dentist said that between your toothpaste and mouthwash they both do not have to have fluoride, but one of the products should. Do yourself a favor and pick this up you will not be sorry.

really love this mouthwash and feel like it works well for oral health and cavity protection. It leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh after use. The only downside is that it does sting a bit when I use it, even though it says it doesn’t. Overall, I still like it and continue to use it because of the results.

Love this oral rinse. Big fan. My son wears a retainer and his breath sometimes smells of doom and despair. Horrific! This product is not overly fragrant and doesn't kill you with minty freshness. Just the right amount. It doesn't make your mouth burn like other rinses out there. I tend to buy this particular product over and over again. A bit on the more expensive side, but worth it.

I appreciate that it contains fluoride to help strengthen enamel while also fighting cavities and bad breath throughout the day. My mouth feels clean and fresh for hours after using it, and my dentist even commented on the improvement at my last visit. The only thing I noticed is that the bottle is quite large, which is great for value but less convenient for travel, though decanting into a smaller container solves that.

The best mouthwash on the market I feel. I had bad wisdom tooth pains and I started gargling with this after food and before sleeping. Got rid of my swelling and my pains in a week and I haven't had any since then. Also is very subtle and doesn't burn after use. Only one I can firmly recommend to all my friends and family & have done too since I got it. Thank you Amazon and Therabreath!

I’ve tried many mouthwashes before, but most of them were way too harsh and had a stinging 'burn.' This one is a game-changer! It’s incredibly mild and gentle on the gums but still leaves my mouth feeling super clean. The freshness lasts a long time without that medicinal aftertaste. Highly recommend if you have sensitive teeth or just hate the sting of alcohol-based rinses.

Better taste than most mouth washes.

This is the best mouthwash I have ever used. Has fluoride and xylitol which are both very good for helping to prevent cavities. It isn’t too strong. Even my kids like the flavour.

Singapore don’t sell these at retail stores (or maybe there is but I didn’t know). Loved the product

This mouthwash is more expensive than a generic one, but it is indeed very special. Your mouth will feel so clean after using it, and it prevents stinky morning breath. Over time, I noticed that my overall mouth breath odor had reduced. The mint is very refreshing, but it does not burn or sting the mouth. It is a holy grail for oral care, and I highly recommend it.
