My baby is 9 months and very tall , is this ok ?

It should be ok. My daughter is 15 months old and she is pretty tall. But is still using these sleeping bags.

What tog is this? Would it be suitable for all year round? Thanks

It's 0.5 tog as mentioned in the description. Probably not thick enough for winter.

This is for 2 Pcs, do you get one of each design?

Yes and the designs are as shown in the picture.
