Is the Sunbeam Classic good for using on "cotton blends" and "polyester" clothing, because I don't see a setting for neither?

Depending on the ratio of the cotton blend, you can use the 'Cotton' or 'Synthetic' setting. For polyester fabrics, we recommend using the 'Synthetic' setting.

can it be used in us or in europa. Why i am asking this ,because of the plug . as u know 110-volt in us , 220 in europe . which one?
