Toshiba 1TB 5400RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5 inch PS3/PS4 Hard Drive - 3 Year Warranty

So far working great in the USB drives I made them into. I can say one drive did need sector repair for 7 sectors or so. Otherwise these ran really good. Even though they are brand new it does not hurt to run hdd scandisk checks for sector issues. 5 stars really because they are from ancient era of playstation drive kit. Things happen and really the issues were minor in the long run.

Works on the PS3 perfectly. Just as fast and works just as well as the standard drive it comes with. Not any noisier and has a much larger capacity. Decent price for 1tb.

No issues. Came new unused with no prior partitions on device. Currently using it for fat ps3. Great upgrade for storage. Had no issue installing. The 80 gb that came out of my ps3 was also Toshiba brand so almost identical aside from storage capacity. Will purchase again.

I bought this 2T hard drive after reading several reviews that it worked as a PS4 hard drive replacement. I installed it and reloaded the system software and my PS4 only recognizes 856.9 GB of free space and not the full 2T. I then installed Fortnite and had nothing but problems. When I was in the middle of a game, my PS4 shuts Fortnite down and gives me an error message saying "The data is corrupted and that I should delete the game and reload it again." I don't have the fastest internet, but I've never had problems downloading games. I deleted Fortnight and reloaded it several times and kept getting the same "Corrupted Data" error. I'm guessing part if the games data is being installed on the unrecognized half of the hard drive. To fix the problem, I deleted the game and hooked up an external hard drive. I then went into my PS4 storage setting and partitioned that external hard drive for external storage. I reloaded Fortnite and now it works since it's saved on my external drive. I would not suggest buying this 2T hard drive for use with a PS4. I could have sent it back, but didn't want to waste any more time. Update - The hard drive is just out of the 30 day warranty and went totally bad. I can't even reload the system software on my ps4. I would stay away from purchasing this hard drive.

I had to test it before writing a review it’s been 7 months and still working even smoother than I thought, obviously you should go to PlayStation website on a computer or a laptop or even on an iPad use a usb drive to install the latest update then insert the usb and plug in the controller in your ps4 press and hold the start button on ps4 for 3-5 seconds until you hear a peep and then go to initiate ps4 (reinstall system software) option it’s a must step or won’t work, then press ok that’s it wait for the update to finish installing and you can use you ps4 normally.

Dans l'ensemble le disque était bien. Seulement ouvert 3 fois au démarrage, c'est donc un disque NEUF. Pas de soucis pour le configurer; je recommande donc, ce matériel.
