Q: How do you hook in on the wall?

Hello, I think you will need to put a hook or something, but will have to put that hook very firm to support your legs weight. I recommend you to use it in a strong door or in any strong bar like the kind when people do Chin-Ups & Pull-Ups, it's easier. I hope I could help you.

Q: Is this only for younger dancers? I'm 36 and a beginner (5'6", 110 pounds) but really need to work on my flexibility...could I use this product?

Absolutely! We purchased it for my 12 year- old dancer, but I (a 37 year-old runner) use it for stretching as well.

Q: What is the strap made out of? Is it stretchy? Soft or hard?

It is made out of a braided nylon-y looking and feeling material. They make dog leashes out of this material ( and luggage straps.) The material is not stretchy. Again, think of a dog leash or seat belt material. It is not soft but it folds easily so it's not hard and rigid. Hope this helps. Works really nice.

Q: Can I use this for multiple stretches or just the one in the picture?
