Kylie skin vitamin C serum is my favorite, but it is not available right now, so I took a stab at this product since AI told me it was good! So far, I have no issues. It is not creamy and silky like Kylie skin vitamin C. It is more of a clear gel type of texture and it's slightly sticky but not bad at all. I like it, and I think it is having a brightening effect after only a couple of weeks.

Watery consistency and very light weight. Good mid-range price option for Vitamin C. Works great with my skin tone and has made my skin feel smoother and lessened the look of dark spots on my neck.

Definitely recommend! I've been using this product for maybe 2 years and it's done wonders for my skin. I had a different vitamin C serum before this and this one is by far my favorite. (After adding a gentle retinol into the mix it's even better.) The one thing I will say is that it's basically like water so I usually hold a hand up to my face and rub/dab it in as I go so it doesn't run all down my face. It doesn't bother me though since it actually makes it easier to apply all over the face with very few drops. I would say a bottle lasts me anywhere between 2-3 months. I see some reviews talk about issues with packaging and spills but I've personally never had an issue with any of that so, it might depend on location or how far the package is being sent. And for anyone concerned about the product being different colors when you order a new replacement, that's just how this product works! Visit Paula's Choice website or google about the product. There's actually a variation of different colors this product can be and still be safe to use. Vitamin C is finicky like that. Another warning is be careful what else you mix this with and how you layer it with other products. Looking at all the reviews I am curious how many novice skincare folks are buying this product not realizing that vitamin C is an acid. If you don't know what you're doing then you might end up seriously damaging your skin's acid mantle which can causing irritation, burning and/or breakouts. Most of what I'm seeing in the photos looks like that's what happened too so, proceed with caution if you aren't familiar with how to mix skincare products or have especially sensitive skin. And if you use physical exfoliants (which, really no one should be but that's a separate topic) then definitely do not apply this for at least 24 hours. (Again, it's an acid. The pH is 3.1–3.5 according to their website and most retinol's are around 5-6 pH levels.) ♡

I used to sell R+R. And this product comes pretty close to brightening the skins appearance. I like how it feels really light on my face and makes me feel luminous.

It does not seem to irritate my sensitive skin. I like this product very much. I wish it were somewhat less expensive.

For many many years I have been a HUGE Paula’s Choice customer! Love all their products! When I saw this kit I was in it. It arrived and right away it seemed off, the packaging was old and messy, bent, no covering over an old looking box - packaging looked like it was over 10 a 20, if not more, years old… opened it and the products were loose , not secure. I opened the boost, which absolutely LIVE their boost products, and it was like dirty water and smelled rancid! I was shocked because even if the products were old I wouldn’t expect a terrible murky watery liquid. I proceeded to open the moisturizer and the toner BLAH! The moisturizer was the same, like liquid dirty watery stink! There is NO way there was a cream in this container- the toner, which of course is liquidy, smelled bad- it was reallyyyyyy strange-I don’t believe this was ever a Paula’s Choice product! From the janky old packaging to the rancid smells of every product- please do not waste 75$ on this! Amazon was great-I didn’t even have to send it back and they refunded me right away.. thank you Amazon and I am so sorry Paula as I know your products are high quality and u will forever be a customer - I will say that because of the bad experience at this moment I couldn’t bring myself to even purchase a bottle of the vitamin C boost or moisturizer separately…. 🤍

The absorption of this vitamin C is wonderful. I don’t have sensitive skin so I didn’t experience any skin irritation. I use it every morning under my moisturizer. It’s an antioxidant, which is what I’m using it for so it’ll take some time before I know the effectiveness, but I expect great things.

I could not get this bottle opened, and I gave it to two other people to try to get the lid off. Neither of them could do it so I tapped it with a heavier object on the lid and the entire bottle broke and sliced my finger. I do not know if this was an exception, or if all of them are packaged this way with difficulty in opening. I lost almost all of the product on the floor and put the rest in a little container, but I will say I tried the product and the first day I saw a difference that was positive. It is expensive to have something like this happen, but I will continue using it to see if I like it as well as I think I might.

So far the best Vitamin C I've used. Arrived on time. Comparable price to Sephora.

Die Schachtel des Serums kam völlig zerkratzt und kaputt an. Die Flasche des Serums selbst ist nicht versiegelt und der Verschluss ist schief auf die Flasche drauf gedreht. Das lässt mich stark vermuten dass da schonmal jemand dran war. Sorry, sowas schmiert man sich dann nicht ins Gesicht!!! Und das für den hohen Preis. Geht zurück!

Great product! It really brightens up the overall complexion. The formulation is really strong though so don't use it near the eyes to avoid irritating them.
