Excellent ironing pad! Bought to protect granite countertop when ironing. No damage to my counters!! There is no elasticity-it’s a quilted thin pad. It folds up nicely when not in use.

First of all, I'm not sure why the reviewers of this product are using it on wooden surfaces! The product description clearly states to not use it on expensive table tops. Not to mention, water + steam is bad for wood... This product is fantastic and works like a charm. The only reason it got a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the pattern on the mat. When you iron your clothes, the diamond pattern from the mat transfers onto your clothes if you press hard enough. The whole point of ironing is to remove creases but this product adds creases to your clothes if you press down too hard.

Use it on top of washing machine. Works great, magnets could be stronger. I do recommend.

I was disappointed by this. I think the main issue is the puffiness of the mat. It's kind of like a puffer jacket so it doesn't lay flat well and the magnets in the corners are not strong enough to hold it down around my washing machine like in the pictures. If I lay it flat on a counter to iron, again it's too puffy and it moves around too much while trying to iron. It's ok if I'm in a pinch or needing to iron small items, but most of the time I choose to just get out my big ironing board.

We use on our dryer for it’s convenience but the magnetic part is not that strong but I would still recommend it for travel or like us in a easy spot

It arrived quite quickly and is exactly what I ordered and works great. I can’t take my Peta Joe mini iron and the portable magnetic ironing mat when ever stay away from home which is every other week.

Seems fine, the size is good. Delivery so fast. Haven't used as bought for someone else.

I wanted one of these ironing mats to save getting out the ironing board when I have a few small items to iron. In my opinion the picture is a little misleading, as the size in the picture doesn't quite match the actual size. This may be my fault though, for not reading the small print where the actual size is quoted. None the less, it will do the job.

This is supposed to go over the washing machine like an ironing board. So you think the material used would be heat proof or as heat proof as possible. But alas it literally burnt under my linen top the very first time I used it. My iron was on low so clearly not fit for purpose and even dangerous as it’s a fire hazard. I threw it straight in the bin.
