Can you put sealer over it?

Nope. It looked beautiful until I put a sealer over it. (I should have searched for "sealer" before I even bought it. :-( ) Don't waste your money.

Does it work on silicone caulk?

Silicone caulk is not paintable so this product would likely not work on it.

does it work on marble tiles grout?

Yes, it works on grout, but it does not last long. I would guess a white sharpie would work just as well.
