The Versa Gripps are industry standard for a reason. They are amazing and do their job very well. For a 16 cm wrist the XS size is too small, should have gone for the S-M.

Brilliant product! Wish I knew about them sooner, they have really enhanced my training! I can now lift heavier as can maintain my grip. Have no complaints what so ever.

They are amazing, literally the best I've ever used. Fitting-wise, if you are like me, in between sizes, I would recommend getting the smaller one. They do need a little bit of time to "break in", but nothing crazy and they still are comfortable. Durability-wise, they seem amazing so far. I've used them for CrossFit as well, despite not being made for it, and, while not as ideal as the Gymnast grips, they did the job and hold on well. I definitely do not recommend them if you want something for CrossFit, get the proper ones, but if you are like me and sometimes forget what to bring, they do the job. Grab them, you will not regret it.

These are hands down the best grips I've ever used. I was born missing 2 fingers from one of my hands and these have enabled me to pull deadlifts and do weighted pull ups with no grip restrictions.

Amazing, my forearm strength has been a problem. Now i can mercilessly work my back. Hold heavy dumbbells as long as i want during sets. i wish i had bought this years ago

I previously thought these were just overhyped lifting straps. One day I saw a woman using them at the gym for deadlifts and asked her what she thought of them. She said they were amazing and offered to let me try hers. So I tried deadlifting with them and it felt like the bar was glued to my hands. Completely different sensation than using straps. I even put the bar down harder than usual to try and jostle my grip, but it didn’t budge. After buying them, I realized these are not just for when your grip fails; I now use these on every pull exercise. I started feeling lat pull downs in my lats like never before. My pull-up form dramatically improved. Bent over rows blow up my back instead of my forearms. I’ve set several PRs thanks to these. They do take a bit to break in, and until then they can be slightly uncomfortable around the wrist and difficult to get your hands around. Mine now have a slight curve in the grippy part so it’s very easy to use. Totally worth it, I’d recommend them to everyone.

I'm still in disbelief. Some background, I always struggled with grip. I have small hands (female, size 4.5 ring, 5.5 wrist) and ordered the XS (exchanging for a S, was maybe a few mm too small for where I liked it). I was previously using lifting gloves but found that it didn't really help at heavier weights and really worked better to save your hands from calluses. I'm really impressed with the quality of these grips. Everything about them is top notch. Takes a second to really get down the wrap but it's easy after the first few times. Used them for the first time and went from maxing out at 80lbs due to grip to multiple reps of 140lbs+ with NO GRIP ISSUES. I'm honestly amazed. It was the first time I heard someone say "do you see that girl lifting 140lb?" and they were talking about me. Really could not have done it without these. Excited to try some chin-ups with these. Love that you can flip them out of your way if you are super setting. Would recommend them to anyone struggling with grip.

I went from a gym that had female Olympic barbells to a globe gym with thick, slick barbells. My grip on heavy deadlifts wasn’t cutting it, and I also struggled on heavy lat pull downs and pull ups with rubber grips. The Versa grips are amazing, especially on rubber where other wraps don’t work. Very short learning curve on how to wrap these - I had it figured out by second session. I was on the high end of size range for XS so I bought that, but I recommend sizing up if you’re right between 2 sizes.

Having gone through alot of grips in my journey so far, I do wish I just invested in a pair of these from the beginning. I've gone through long straps, shorter Olympic style and these are the best. They come in sizes, so the XS works best for my Asian wrists and they really do grip well. I also use them on pull up bars to help me when I can't hold on. Overall well designed and really help me with my heavy lifts. But they are pricy, but think they are worth it if you lift regularly.
