The best and cheapest option for an intake on the g30 platform. It has the best performance and with the stock box you get maximum airflow. It sounds great paired with an intake pipe or inlet. It perfectly fits and is super easy to service

I have run K&N serviceable filters in our cars/trucks for over 20 years now; a total of six different cars & trucks. These products provide overall savings, are very durable, and MOST importantly offer great filtration for your engine air intake all while allowing a greatly increased air flow. Purchasing this latest filter for our new BMW 530i xDrive. Of course these filters cost a bunch more than disposables. The last one of these I bought was for our 2015 RAM 1500 truck. So for over nine years now we have saved approximately $330, that is the K&N serviceable filter compared to disposable semi-annual replacement over the last 9 years. Cleaning/servicing is easy and the K&N kits ate about $16-17 currently - you can get at least 10 cleanings out of a service kit. Performance is great! Invest in a filter for your vehicle, promise you wont be disappointed!

This filter is much shallower than the OEM one but fitting just fine. I put 4 stars because there was a little chunk missing from the rubber gasket (~1 inch), not impediment just hopefully cosmetical defect.

Works as expected in my BMW 540 M sport with x drive. Also cheaper than always replacing a paper filter.

I have used K&N in our cars for years. I not sure I see a performance or MPG increase but I like the idea of cleaning and reusing.

Could’ve been a little bit more less expensive. But it definitely gives me a little bit more horsepower on my car.
