This stuff helps my kid a great deal. We do one full sachet a day with a full bottle of water. It usually takes a couple days for things to get moving, but so far he doesn't cramp up and it comes nice and easy.

Child only drinks unflavored water and sometimes soda. This powder is perfect to mix in either without raising suspicion. Worked almost right away for childs severe constipation.

Tastes like salt.
I bought this for my daughter in hopes of replacing miralax. I mixed it up for her and she almost spit it across the room. I tasted it myself and it tastes like salt water. I’m very disappointed.

My daughter had suffered a bout of constipation that was lasting almost a year. I tried this product. I put it in her water bottle. She started having bowel movements without diarrhea or cramping. After using this regularly for about a year I slowly tapered off and now she’s completely regular. If you child is drinking enough liquid, eating enough food, being active, and this product still doesn’t work after a week I suggest you visit a doctor because it can be IBD/IBS-C.

We used these religiously ( I.e daily - every 2nd day) during potty training where our little one flat out refused to go number 2. Our Dr had recommended these and also stated they’re safe for longer term use. We would add it to her morning milk or a cup of prune juice if things needed to get moving quicker. They helped keep things regular and more manageable to pass. We still use them on occasion and they’re quite effective quickly.

my son has fecal impaction and these work great to relieve him. I went from 2 packs a day down to 1 pack a day because it makes his bowel movements quite soft after a few days. they work perfectly
