I mounted these today to light up the path on a wooden ramp. They definitely do the job, but I was hoping they would be a little brighter. They come with mounting hardware that will not satisfy anyone who prefers to "over engineer". The mounting hardware consists of two small screws and two low-quality wall anchors. I generally prefer to over-engineer but did not want to go to Home Depot so I used the mounting hardware that came with the lights. You need a 1/4-inch drill bit to drill the holes for the anchors. The philips head screws are really small, so I did not expect to be able to use my impact driver, but was pleasantly surprised that it worked just fine. I did find one advantage of the cheesy plastic anchors. The metal backplate of the lights are really thin metal, so to get a solid mounting, you need to get the bottom of the screw head very close to the wood. After mounting two of the lights, I realized that I could put the screw in close to the depth it needed to be and then simply lightly tap or gently press on the head of the screw to push it in a little further. That made the rest of the mountings go more quickly. Overall, I am happy with the lights. They are not perfect, but they are good enough for my application.

I'm using them to light up a dark driveway at night. I've hung one at each fence post about 2.5 ft from the ground. These are perfect for that. They truly are set-and-forget. My driveway is so dark at night, and I want the delivery people to be able to see where they're walking to deliver my packages safely :) I didn't want to run electrical that far away from the house, so solar was the way to go for this purpose. I've set them up so that they turn on automatically at dark, and stay on all night regardless of motion, then turn off once the sun is up and charge throughout the day. (I don't have to press anything to turn them on each day or to turn them off) I've found that automatic solar lights in general do have a short lifespan (based on other solar lights i've purchased in years past), so I expect to have to replace them at some point. But I'm happy with them for this purpose. They give out a good amount of light so that you can see where you're walking, but not too bright that I'm worried they're annoying my neighbors at night. Overall, great purchase!

Is the installation light up as much as I had hoped more than expected used on our porch and stairwell very convenient

I've had these lights for about 2 years now. They worked great for the first 6-12 months then started declining as they stayed outside. I give it 3 stars because they were inexpensive for our use case, but it would have been nice to not have to cycle them as they died due to outdoor exposure

So far they are great! Charged quickly, shine bright, stay lit for about 8 hours.

I love these lights - I have them on the vinyl fence that encloses my backyard. I live at the beach so they are exposed to sun, heat and salty air. This is the second group I have bought. The first group lasted three plus years when some stopped working. I replaced them all and put the still-working ones along my front path. The tape provided worked on the first group but not on the second. I used a stronger tape which worked perfectly.

Small easy to install and gives great light

Good quality but not very bright. I returned them.

They sell same product under different names and later switch to new brand name since customers who brought will raise complaint . Worst product ever.. I did not get what was displayed

These are great little lights. They aren’t big powerful bright lights. They are more for ambient/decorative lighting.
