I ordered 20 of the one-pound packages. The TSP in about half of the packages was clumpy and a little bit moist. The color was off-white to light yellow. The other packages looked like bright white granulated sugar which was my expectation. It is still TSP and works as it should but might be harder to dispense or measure out in a measuring cup. The price was favorable compared to other options.
