When I bought these lights I didn't realized there were going to be so small. I really needed them so I install them anyway, it was very easy! It took me 5min! I left them charging all day, it was a cloudy day and at night time I turned them on. I was very pleased and surprised, they are very bright, the sensor is perfect and I think because instead of being flat they light also on the sides they are much better and light a bigger area than my previous light which was very big and ugly. Overall I'm very happy so far. Much easier to install than the ones you need to wire to the mains, because they are small they look quite inconspicuous but at the same time they are nice and bright when you need it to be. I may buy another set to put on my shed...

My old was good but didn't last 3 months. For the Amazing Amazon Customer service, I got that refunded. Then had my eyes on this one. Its 100 LEDs nicely spread side ways and in the middle. I charged the lights, i.e put them direct under the sunlight for 24 hours and screwed on the side of my house, where the sun comes after the afternoon. So it does not get the sunlight for long time. But yet, after 3/4 weeks, it still working fine and perfectly. Motion sensors does not really work when I am on the side of the light. I noticed it only works when my body is directly under it. Also for this price to get 4 of them feels like a bargain to me. I hope it works perfectly months after months. They have warranty period, but its difficult to find the contact to the seller when it comes to a fault.

The lights are ok and suitable for small areas or emergency lights at night. The product lacks appropriate documentation. Whereas the English version is readable (but incomplete) the translations into other languages are terrible. The provided user guide does not sufficiently explain how to change between the different modes. It says that there are three modes 3 always dimly lit 2 dim with switches to bright in the presence of motion 1 dark with switches to bright in the presence of motion To test the device, cover the solar panel with a piece of paper. Don't do this in bright light. If you press the central lbutton and it blinks, it is already switched on. Press the button a few times until the thing stays dark. I believe, it is off then. To switch it on, hold the button for a few seconds (2 to 8). It enters MODE 1: It blinks three times and enters bright mode. After about 14 seconds it turns dark, but switches on again in the presence of motion (wave your hand over the sensor). Briefly press the button again (less than 1 second). It enters MODE 2: It blinks 2 times, shines brightly but goes dim after 10-15 seconds. In the presence of motion it goes bright again. Briefly press the button again (less than 1 second). It enters MODE 3: It blinks 2? time and shines dimly. No response to motion. Briefly press the button again (less than 1 second). It's OFF

I really like these lights. I bought them for the garden as I didn’t want to wire floodlights that would blind both me and my neighbours. It took me about 2 minutes to fix them to the wall. Tried them out over the last few nights and they light the garden perfectly well. The sides give a really wide spread of light too. I’m quite impressed with the light from a solar powered light. The motion sensor picks us up as it should. I like how the light dims slightly before turning off completely if you’ve been still for a while. It’s better than it suddenly going dark and having to wave your arms about like with my previous light. It’s like warning before it turns off but easily detects you again. You can turn them off completely too which is quite handy. The instructions aren’t in the best English but you can still understand them easily and do you really need them? It’s got one button to turn on and off. Simple! When I received them they were smaller than expected but now I know they give a good amount of light, I’m glad they aren’t huge as they’d just look out of place on the wall. Over all a great solar light that seems to last.

I see a lot of negative reviews here and wanted to make a balanced review. not a fake review. Just a review from someone who has 2 installed now for 6 months. I installed one in low sun position to light up a narrow walkway using motion sensor setting 3. I placed another in similar settings on the drive entrance gate as there is no power. I thought these would suck and I’d like many previous solar lights end up in the bin after 2-3 months of awful performance. But I have to say on this setting both have out performed my expectation. They are very bright, retain charge, probably because they are not permanently on all night! The dark nights have set in and so far they are still performing. In summary, make of the review what you will, it’s not fake, but be pragmatic, a 1000ah rechargeable battery in solar can only do so much. If you want all night power then mains power is the way to go but for brief security or walking light these are pretty good value. I don’t defend faulty goods or poor customer service, but these are mass produced probably in China so QC is a low priority so expect some faulty ones but the seller should replace like for like if you have some! That would be my expectation. I will be buying some more for similar use in the near future.

I would not buy from this supplier again, in spite of a very satisfying specification and an initial very good performance. 3 of the 4 units have failed because they're not even remotely watertight and are now swimming in rainwater that has found its way in. Even one star is generous. Initially the units were nicely bright and the internal battery lasted overnight even after a string of dull days. So initial product design is excellent. However, build quality is clearly crap, crap, crap. I am going to try to send them back, because even tho' the return period has expired they are clearly inadequate as outdoor lights. Not fit for purpose.

I purchased two for my garden fence, very pleased with their operation the sensing is good and brightness was suffient and better than expected. The operating instructions lacked a bit in translation but was understandable, low light and sense mode , or just sense mode or permanent low light level. I used mine in sense mode only so charge will last longer , they do require being placed in a sunny spot for charging in day time. I would recommend these for any ones garden fence for illumination of plants or security lighting.

Bought these pair to compliment the pair I ordered back in July. I was so impressed I had to order again. Regrettably, one of the units failed to hold a charge and before returning them I followed the guidance on the supplied card and rferred to Kilponen direct. Their response was rapid and helpful. A replacement was dispatched and recieved with a week and the new unit [so far] has performed excellently like the other three. Products are brillian - literally. So bright the deck is starting to look as if it is flood lit! Highly recommended lights and the service and support from Kilponen cannot be faulted. Would buy again - and probably will!

Diese Solarleuchten sind nach IP65 Wasserdicht und langlebig, leistungsstark und habe ein professionelles Design. Hergestellt aus hochwertigem ABS Kunststoff, zweischichtige Wasserdichte Kanten, eben sehr gut Verarbeitet. Beiliegendes Befestigungsmaterial ist aus Rostfreiem Edelstahl, damit nicht nach einiger Zeit sich Rost breit macht!
