Personally, I like these gummy vitamins very much. Fruit flavor and just 3g of sugar and just 4g of carbs.. I'd add a photo of the supplementfacts, but I can't attach it.

Are these water soluble, by any chance? Bariatric nutritionist said gummy vitamins won’t work, but they’re the only type I’ll religiously take.

I don’t know if they are water soluble I know they say “no gummies” but honestly my lab work has never been better. These definitely work and formulated for our”new” stomachs.
