My 2nd attempt at a teak shower mat; this design is superior (in terms of sturdiness and comfort) and less expensive.

I actually was thrilled when I received it - exactly how it looked in picture and what I wanted. However, after just 5 weeks of using it normally, one of the slats broke. I'm waiting now for Aqua Teak to authorize an exchange/refund. That will determine if I purchase any more Aqua Teak products.

I love this mat and use it everyday in my shower. It is smooth to the touch, well made and very stable. I lean it against the edge of the tub to dry when I finish my shower and have had no problems with mold as mentioned in other reviews. I have had occasion to speak directly with staff at Aqua Teak and found them to be very polite and helpful. I will be ordering another mat when they become available.

Looks nice and is pretty sturdy.

Felt well made when I put in the shower, and loved it while it lasted. But sadly it broke. The slats tongue and grove into the outer sections and the center price. A few of them broke off at the tongue.

The first one I ordered had a broken slat, which I was super bummed about. But after contacting Aqua Teak, they sent a replacement within a week! Beautiful shower mat, great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We have the stools, as well...great products overall.

Product arrived with packing foam glued to the surface of the wood. We were unable to remove it without damaging product. Fairly disappointing for such an expensive item
