I can't tell you how many times my husband and I have purchased this! It helps me feel relaxed and fall asleep 9/10 times. My husband really struggles with sleep and it has helped him so much as well. Bonus: It tastes amazing too!

This is absolutely my preferred melatonin supplement. I don’t know if I’m sensitive to melatonin or if this is just how it works but if I use a supplement with too high of a melatonin content, I will have the absolute worst dreams. I did not experience that with this product and actually was able to get to sleep easily and stay asleep without any of the wild, vivid dreams I was used to experiencing with melatonin supplements.

I take these because they’re true to what it says. No side effects, non-habit forming and they work. I’ve tried other but I come back to these I know they’re safe!

I’ve only used these for three nights so far but I definitely feel a difference. I’ve previously used just plain melatonin 2mg pills and never saw a bit of difference. I still have a little trouble initially falling asleep but not near as long a time as before. My sleep is really sound and if I do wake up, I fall back quickly. So far I am really excited to find this product. I don’t have children but because the taste is like candy, I would remind people to keep this product in a childproof area.

These gummies work really well. I originally found the kids’ version, which works wonders on my kids. I’m not as big of a fan of the taste and texture of the adult version for the kids; however, they do work just as well but are a bit stronger. These are a great option for anyone that struggles with pills as the taste is pleasant. They work rather well as long as you give them a chance. I find taking them and lying down in bed and reading a book has been the most effective way to use these. I find that if I try and watch TV after taking these, I have a little bit harder time falling asleep versus reading my book. All that said, I would give these a try if you were looking for a melatonin supplement.

Insomniac here, really good product with the correct dose of melatonin. The added chamomile and lavender help relax enough to get to sleep.

Ordered it twice. First time was great! Very effective at falling asleep. Second time: not so much. The gummies smelled and tasted weird. Won't be ordering this again

these fruit snacks taste great and have a good texture as well. love the coating they have. they make me very tired though, they might want to change the formula or something
